Eczacılık lisans eğitimini 2002 yılında tamamlamış olan Selçuk Haydanlı 18 yıl boyunca tıbbi cihaz sektöründe dış ticaret, satın alma ve satış, kalite yönetim sistemleri, klinik veri değerlendirme, pazar sonrası gözetim ve müşteri şikayetleri değerlendirmeleri, tıbbi cihaz üretim hattı kalite kontrol noktalarının belirlenmesi ve uygulanması, üretim ve ürün geliştirme, üretim planlama, kalite yönetim sistemleri ve üretimin ISO 13485:2016 ve ISO 9001:2015 standartlarına göre işletilmesi, CE belgelendirme süreçleri, HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning) sistemlerinin kurulumu ve gereklilikleri konularında edindiği tecrübeler ile Waco Biomedical & Laboratuvar bünyesinde Kalite Yönetim Temsilcisi olarak sektöre hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir.

After completing undergraduate education at TOBB ETU Biomedical Engineering, she has been started her career in the medical device industry with quality management systems and CE certification areas and gained experience in the requirements of becoming a medical device manufacturer. In active business life, she continues to provide services in the field of medical device as a Quality Assurance Specialist within Waco Biomedical & Laboratory with her experience in preparing technical files, operating ISO 13485: 2016 Quality Management Systems, risk analysis, process management, validations and biocompatibility assessments.

After completing undergraduate education with third place in the department, she has been started her career in the manufacturing department in the medical device industry. She continues to serve the industry as a Production Manager within Waco Biomedical & Laboratory, specializing in fields that production and product development, production planning, establishment and maintenance of production traceability system, establishment and maintenance of production in accordance with ISO 13485: 2016 Quality Management Systems, installation and requirements of HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning) systems, process and clean room validations.
